恐怖襲擊逃生指南:RUN! HIDE! FIGHT!
云南昆明“3·01”暴力事件目前已造成29人死亡,143人受傷。愿逝者安息,傷者平安。暴力事件發(fā)生時(shí)我們應(yīng)該如何應(yīng)對(duì)? 在恐怖襲擊事件中逃生成為大家關(guān)心的話題。美國(guó)FBI教導(dǎo)民眾在遭遇恐怖襲擊時(shí),遵守三條準(zhǔn)則:逃離(RUN)、躲藏(HIDE)、反擊(FIGHT)。一起來(lái)學(xué)習(xí)一下這些求生法則吧!
If you are to ever find yourself in the middle of an active shooter event, your survival may depend on whether or not you have a plan. 如果你發(fā)現(xiàn)自己置身槍擊案現(xiàn)場(chǎng),你的計(jì)劃決定你是否可以活下來(lái).
The plan doesn't have to be complicated. There are three things you could do that make a difference: Run. Hide. Fight. 計(jì)劃不用很復(fù)雜,你可以做三件事來(lái)應(yīng)對(duì):逃離、躲藏、反擊。
RUN. When an active shooter is in your vicinity: 逃離。當(dāng)槍擊案在你周?chē)l(fā)生時(shí):
If there is an escape path, attempt to evacuate. 如果有逃生路徑,努力逃離現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
Evacuate whether others agree to or not. 無(wú)論別人同意與否,盡管逃走。
Leave your belongings behind. 別管你的財(cái)物了。
Help others escape if possible. 如果可能,幫助別人逃離現(xiàn)場(chǎng)。
Prevent others from entering the area. 阻止人們進(jìn)入案發(fā)區(qū)。
Call 9-1-1 when you are safe. 確保安全之后打電話報(bào)警。
HIDE. If an evacuation is not possible, find a place to hide. 躲藏。如果沒(méi)辦法逃離,找個(gè)地方藏起來(lái)。
Lock and/or blockade the door. 鎖上門(mén)并用東西擋住。
Silence your cell phone. 將手機(jī)調(diào)至靜音。
Hide behind large objects. 藏在尺寸較大的物體后面
Remain very quiet. 保持安靜
Your hiding place should: Be out of the shooter’s view. Provide protection of shots are fired in your direction. Not trap or restrict your options for movement. 你的藏身處應(yīng)該滿足以下幾點(diǎn)條件:在槍殺者視線范圍之外,阻擋射擊而來(lái)的子彈,不限制你的行動(dòng)。
FIGHT. As a last resort, and only if your life is in danger: 反擊。這是最后一招,慎用,命懸一線之用。
Attempt to incapacitate the shooter. 反擊槍殺者使之不能開(kāi)槍。
Act with physical aggression. 擊打?qū)Ψ缴眢w。
Improvise weapons. 留意身邊可用作武器的東西。
Commit to your actions. 給出你的致命一擊!
